We’re thrilled to say, Vision isn’t just a vision for us anymore. The Vision Towers, our brand-new, rental community in Ajax is just months away from becoming a place that many call home. If this is the first you’re hearing of it, Vision is one of our latest projects at Medallion, and it’s situated in the new heart of Ajax. It’s built of smartly-designed suites, along with an array of amenities like a fitness room, party room, lobby, outdoor terrace, and retail centre at ground level.

Grand foyer
As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by an invitingly-open area, with lots of space for shoes, bags, coats, and whatever else you need easy-access to. Speaking of space, you will also see that we’ve included plenty of storage options (closets, storage rooms, nooks, etc.) near the front door, and select units have a powder room close by.
Kitchen arrangement
When it comes to the kitchen layout, the floor plans differ a bit, meaning there are a couple different ways to vision it. Depending on the unit you’re in, you’ll either be invited into an L-shaped, open-concept kitchen, or a compact, tucked-away one. However, in every design, there is tons of available counter space, and a dedicated-eating area. Bon appetite!
Amazing appliances
Just like everything else in the Vision Towers, the appliances are premium, feature the latest technology, and are selected with care. These include a large refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, in addition to customized flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, a balcony/terrace, and two-toned paint.
Room between bedrooms
One of the first things you’ll notice, even before the kitchen, is that the bedrooms are extremely spread out. This was intentional! In almost every unit, the bedrooms have been placed at opposite sides of the home – meaning noise and privacy are never an issue. Also, the bathrooms are conveniently located nearby (which is also intentional :).
Beautiful balconies
Now since you’ve seen the inside, you should be reaching the best part (in our opinion!) of our units, the balcony/terrace. Again, depending on the place, there are varying sizes of outdoor space, with some stretching the entire length of the unit. Whatever suits your fancy!
