As a rental company that is dedicated to providing quality rental properties to Toronto and surrounding areas, Medallion Corporation has been busy with completing many new developments, preparing rental offices for opening, and becoming a part of the communities they are involved in through different events. The following is an update on some of the latest projects Medallion has been working on.
Rental Offices Now Open
With a multitude of rental properties in Toronto and the surrounding area, and more opening in the near future, there are rental offices open throughout the city, and ready to help you find your dream apartment. One of the latest developments is the Primo Towers. This luxury apartment will offer two floors of quality amenities, and luxury style suites. The trailer office is located on the corner of Finch and Weston Road and is now open for business. In addition to this office, Medallion also has opened their office at 565 Sherbourne, as well as the Vision Rental office at 580 Rossland Rd. E. in Ajax. All of the offices offer information on the buildings and are open to answer any questions you may have.
Launched Projects
- Vision at Pat Bayly Square
One of the major current projects for Medallion is the Vision at Pat Bayly Square, located in downtown Ajax. A roof topping ceremony was recently held to celebrate such a valuable addition to the Ajax downtown core. The Vision at Pat Bayly Square is set to be the first of its kind in Durham Region and will provide Ajax with a conveniently located residence, close to a planned cultural events venue, a skating rink, and the new civic centre.
- Primo Tower
One of the latest developments Medallion has been working on at 3425 Weston Road is the prestigious Primo Tower. Upon completion, this build will offer units that range in size from 500 to 966 square feet, and the building itself will play host to a library, multi-purpose room, gym, terrace, and a games room. The project is set to be completed in 2017.
Medallion in the Community
Medallion not only prides itself on the many prestigious rental properties it provides to the citizens of Toronto and surrounding areas, but it also maintains a quality relationship in the communities it builds in, with the majority of the events benefiting a local charity, or providing information targeted at a certain demographic. Here are a couple of the events that Medallion has been involved in:
- Medallion Hosts 2017 Food Drive Launch
Medallion strives to make the lives of the citizens of Toronto better, and as such, involvement in the communities it serves is a perfect way for them to achieve that goal. On April 19th, at the 565 Sherbourne Location, Medallion hosted the launch of this year’s Spring Hope Food Drive. The event was attended by many citizens of the GTA, the food bank director, and many Medallion residents and staff, and it successfully created a connection between the community and the corporation.
- Women in Rental Housing Luncheon
On August 24th, the female staff at Medallion attended the FRPO`s annual Women in Rental Housing Luncheon. The event focused on empowering women who live in rental properties and included speakers like Trish MacPherson, Executive Vice President of Operations at CAPREIT and BJ Santavy; Vice President of Operations of Skyline Living. Through these speakers, the female staff at Medallion learned about balancing life, setting goals, and how to achieve success. The event was very informative and allowed the female staff at Medallion to connect with many women working in the industry.
These events and projects are only a few of the latest endeavours the company has been focusing on. For more information on any of the projects listed, and to stay up to date on future projects, visit the Medallion Website
