Q: What first attracted you to Vision Rentals?
A: I was ready to upgrade my space and wanted something new, but still warm and welcoming. When I visited Phase 1, I loved the modern design, the open layout, and how peaceful the area felt. Everything I needed, like groceries, parks, and transit, was just a short walk away.
Q: What’s your favourite part of your suite or the building?
A: I really love the kitchen. It has great lighting, lots of counter space, and the finishes feel upscale. It’s where I start my day and where I unwind after work. I also appreciate how quiet the building is. It’s relaxing, but still feels connected.
Q: How does the neighbourhood support your lifestyle?
A: It’s incredibly convenient. I like to stay active, and having parks nearby for walking or biking is a big plus. If I want to grab a coffee or meet a friend, there are great spots just a few minutes away. I barely use my car anymore.
Q: What’s it been like to see the community grow since Phase 1?
A: It’s exciting. When I moved in, it felt new and quiet. Now there’s more life. I’ve gotten to know my neighbours, and the area feels more established. It’s nice to have been here from the beginning.
Q: Any advice for someone thinking of moving in?
A: Go check it out. The suites are beautiful, the location is practical, and the vibe is just right. I felt at home almost immediately, and that’s something you can’t always find in a rental.
